We're officially entering our spring 2026 leg of The Journey, following a winter characterized by a shift from AI hype to building AI infrastructure, the continued rise of physical AI, and the acceleration of technology adoption across the US healthcare industry.
A new season has arrived with steady momentum. The founders who stayed true to their fundamentals during a disciplined winter are emerging stronger and ready to build. AI is no longer the future—it is the operating layer of the present, and the companies best positioned to win are those that treat it not as a feature, but as a foundation.
We're excited to share what we've been up to and offer our perspectives on how today's trends are shaping the industries of tomorrow.
